Food is an important part of human life. According to Ayurveda our body will be gaining the qualities of food we eat, so it’s important to know the quality of food what
changes happens to it when we mix different ingredients to it and cook. Once we understand our body and its Prakriti we will be able to decide which is the right food
suited for us and how we can balance our Doshas to stay healthy. The course include theory as well as practical sessions of preparing various dishes.
